Our goal is to make your purchasing experience enjoyable! 

We cannot stress to you enough our commitment to helping you with cloth diapering.  Feel free to contact us at any time with your questions or concerns!


Your personal information is only used to process your order. Personal information will never be sold or shared with a third party.


Returns or exchanges can be made if the following criteria are met: new items (unwashed and in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact) may be returned for refund within 30 days or a store credit within 90 days.  Preloved and handmade boutique items are sold as is and are non-refundable.  All refunds will be made in the form of store credit however, any shipping fees will not be refunded.  Pre-Loved items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.  We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that we feel have been used.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  If buyer receives free shipping on the order and then returns all of the products, our shipping costs will be deducted from the in-store credit that is issued.

Manufacturer Defects:

If you find that any of your products have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us.  Most manufacturers like to handle these rare situations directly, so we will give you the appropriate contact information.

Can't find the size or color that you want?  Looking for a product we don't carry?

Shipments and new products are arriving every few days.  Please contact us at if there is anything that is not in stock that you are looking for.  Chances are the item has already been ordered and we can let you know when it will be in.  We are always willing to do special orders and am always looking for customer suggestions on new brands/lines that we can carry.
